The island of Fuerteventura is situated in the Canary Islands, and has an area that extends up to approximately 1,659 Km2, which makes it the second largest island in the entire archipelago. It is widely known for its superb white sand beaches and for its bright sunlight that shines towards the island for the entire year.
The island’s capital is known as the Puerto Del Rosario, which was then known as Puerto Cabras until the year 1956. Their natives are known as “Majorero” (“Majorera” for women).
