Well-known traditions being practiced by Córdobeses along with those extremely captivating festivities being celebrated each and every year.
A. Semana Santa
Otherwise known as either Easter week or Holy Week. Semana Santa is extremely vital in Córdoba. With no less than 32 processions featuring pictures as well as figures of saints, which are exquisitely decorated. Along with these saints are Nazarenos. These are men that are dressed in hooded gowns, that cover all parts of their faces except for the eyes. These saints and Nazarenos will be featured in the procession that will pass all over the town, and will be followed by thousands of people.
B. Festival Of The “Patios of Córdobeses”
This festival is during the 5th until the 12th day of May each and every year, where a contest for the most beautifully decorated courtyard (Patio) is being held.

C. Cruces De Mayo
Another common festivity in Córdoba in which the Córdobeses decorate their town with crosses and large amounts of flowers.
D. Feria De Córdoba
Transpires during the last week of May. Known as the festival of Flamenco.
